This, the fourth ELEMENT of HEALTH, completes the wholeness of our health and is a direct result of the first three.

NOTE: Recently, I spent a year researching debt consolidation. After speaking with hundreds of families carrying revolving credit debt way beyond their ability to payoff without help and with little or no investments, I found that most of these dear souls were either seriously ill or they had symptoms that would indicate they were in the process of loosing their good health. [Worry causes the brain to produce acid (fear) chemicals that cause ACIDITY in the body.] This is why we’re offering programs that have benefited my own FINANCIAL HEALTH.

We now know, that each of us has the GOD-GIVEN POWER to create our lives by our choices. We must know that every bounty we need to accomplish our worthy goals and apply our gifts will be supplied. Money is energy too, as is everything in our world.

Bottom line … If we think in terms of shortage and lack, that’s exactly what we create in our lives. IT is our CHOICE! If we want a change, we must change the way we think. Because thought is energy that creates and attracts matter.

“BELIEVE and you will RECEIVE” Where have we read this before? Just kidding.

Here’s an EXCERSIZE to start creating YOUR PROSPERITY. More will come later when you check into this link.

Make a copy of the following paragraphs for your JOURNAL. Then … follow these STEPS to CREATE your own personal PROSPERITY BOX.

1. Before you start … Rent the movie “Pay it Forward” and watch it with your family.

2. Then buy or make a box and a journal that will fit inside of the box and that expresses your desire for abundance. (Marshalls often has unique ones at good prices) It may be covered in gold foil or colored stones, flowers, feathers, or carvings … anything that is pleasing to YOUR eyes and reflects YOUR individual taste.

3. Go to the dictionary and look up the words passion and passionate. You will find that all successful people have a passionate belief in what they DO. Write the definition down in your journal, in red.

4. Using the same red pen, in your JOURNAL, write down, in detail, your personal “Prosperity Intent Statement.” Beginning with: “My meaningful purpose is” That’s what you’d like to accomplish in this lifetime.

Then in detail, write down at least three major GOALS that you would love to attain within the next six months.

Also write down, in detail, three or more major goals you desire to attain within a year. These should be written in order of importance and will usually come to you in that order. Keep in mind that you must “BE” (become) that which you desire, and “DO” (whatever it takes) in order to “HAVE” that which is required to accomplish your goals and desires. There are many more forms of abundance than money that bring great satisfaction. Begin to see money only as a means to abundance and happiness. It allows you to achieve the end result you desire: peace, joy and a meaningful existence; money of itself is only paper.

5. Using an orange pen, create your vision (a picture) by an outline of how you would like to accomplish your purpose (what steps you are willing to take).

6. Then, on a separate piece of paper, (using a blue or purple pen) list the things that you feel are holding you back from accomplishing your mission and creating your vision. Outline the outmoded thoughts that you must release in order to “become” that which you wish to “BE.” When you are finished, neutralize these negative thoughts by saying something like this: “I now place these thought forms that no longer serve me in my GOD given pyramid of power to be transmuted (changed) into pure neutral light substance.” Then tear up the paper and throw it away.

7. Now begin seeding your prosperity box: Place a crystal, or one of your spiritual “Treasures,” in your PROSPERITY BOX along with some CASH: any amount will do. Leave it there for a few days and then take it out and spend it on something that brings you joy as you give thanks for the gift. Treat yourself to something frivolous and enjoy it to the fullest.

8. Place all your ideas, attributes, emotional feelings, and the “state of being” that you wish to attain in your prosperity box. Then, allow spirit to manifest all good things in the right way and at the proper time. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

After writing down all the specifics in each area of your life (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, career, creativity, relationships, and social), write down this statement and say it out loud to give it more power and meaning:

“God, I am so thankful for the gift of creative power. I draw to me and through me all that I need now and in the future in order to feel loved, joyous, peaceful, prosperous, useful, energetic, healthy, and in total harmony with who I AM!”

Visualize your hands outstretched as the creative energy in the form of millions if sparkling lights fills them to overflowing, surrounding you and then radiating out from you, into the world for all to share. See yourself drawing to you the manifested energy of creation and envision it being molded into the many facets of the creation you desire.

9. Whenever you receive an unexpected gift, of abundance, place it in your PROSPERITY BOX for a few days before spending it. Then, give some seed money to someone else and show them how to create their PROSPERITY BOX. Make them promise to share GOD’s gift of creative power and the PROSPERITY BOX with others. Together, we can create a world of never-ending supply. It’s there for us all. Happy creating, dear friend!

NOTE: Always be aware that it’s not really “things” that you seek, but qualities, virtues, and attributes that result in peace, joy, and harmony. You may have a beautiful home, all the physical luxuries, and a position of power with great benefits and a huge income, and still be unhappy and unfulfilled. So … after you’ve expressed your desires for physical “things” it’s important to also define the quality of life you are striving to attain. You might visualize a comfortable spacious home that meets all your needs – surroundings in which you feel safe and secure and that give you a feeling of serenity and joy. You might visualize that all your needs and desires are met even before you are aware of them – that there is a continuous flow of all good things and God’s blessings.

Rather than focusing on a soul mate or a particular relationship, see yourself surrounded by happy, loving, supportive friends and family, and a loving mate who will manifest at the appropriate time. Spirit knows when you are ready for a lasting, fulfilling intimate relationship, beloved one. Do not try to rush the process. Do not settle for less than the highest choice. Concentrate on self-love and sharing your love with others and your relationships will become richer and more satisfying.

Do not focus on your ills, but strive for wholeness. Allow your sensitive body to change and transform in its own good time. You did not become the way you are in a few years. You may be in physical distress as you strive to bring yourself back into perfection. Become responsible for and honor the condition of your body and your life. For then, and only then, will it serve you well during these times of accelerated transformation. And you will realize that you have the power to create the changes you desire.
