Because so many think that they are exercising their way to good health, one might ask why exercise is sixth on the essentials list? The answer to that question is that without the first five, exercise has the potential to do harm due to the fact that during exercise you are oxygenating the cells in otherwise dormant muscle tissue and eliminating the toxins that have been stored there. Those toxins must then be neutralized in order to keep the blood at perfect alkalinity. In short your waking up the muscles and filling them with loving alive information. You will feel younger!!! So lets cover how exercise can be and is directly tied to the first five as well as the seventh essential. Healthy exercise takes our precious time. By now, these new ideas should be integrating for you, so you begin to see that new healthy choices dont take more time. They merely replace other activities that are opposed to good health. Choosing nature helps this process, because nature is beautiful, and it sounds, smells, tastes and feels great. Make exercise a sensual experience the way golfers, and many successful athletes do. By choosing the outdoors youll experience clean air, sunshine, and create a thirst for essential, detoxifying life-giving water.
And when you create more thirst you will also increase the desire for fresh fruits and vegetables because they re-supply the fuel spent during exercise. And, because they too, are full of water. We are 60+% water, the internal cleanser. Have you ever tried to shower with just soap, no water? Ridiculous as this sound, thats exactly what we do internally. Water cleanses our internal environment by cycling in and out of a healthy body and, carrying with it the refuse of metabolism and toxins (acids). When the body, similar to a pond, becomes stagnant, it also becomes acid, which sets up the environment where unwanted microbe and cell growth can take place. Ask yourself this Would I feel or be clean if I showered (the outside of my body) with the same liquids that I have consumed today? Without good pure water thats literally what we do. Choosing to enjoy exercise is the only way to experience maximum benefits in all of the seven essential areas of choice. Choose to make it a time to increase and support the other six essential areas of choice. #1 think about what you think about Ideally WALK! WALK a specific way three times a week or every other day!
