Hi! My name is Jo Solem … Health counselor, NHF Lecturer, B.E.S.T Practitioner, and health motivator. After living the typical single working mom, executive high stress job, and poor diet life that most Americans do, I was gifted the opportunity to come back from poor health (cancer) without typical allopathic medical care. There were many health adventures, some stressful and some enjoyed. But all were lessons in either acidity or alkalinity. The details of these experiences were similar to the stories you’ll find under the customer comments section. Things like healing depression, stress, cancer, hepatitis, and even improving eye sight. Because of the many lessons and experiences I now am able to share them with others.

Our lives are ruled by our beliefs. And history proves that beliefs are in constant change. So, we choose to either resist the change out of fear and follow the current beliefs, or initiate new beliefs that change our lives and therefore the world. And these choices contribute to the creation and betterment, or destruction of us all. The Key … If we want to change ourselves and our lives we must change our beliefs.

For the definition of madness is … “Continuing to be, do, and have what we’ve always been, done and had. And then to expect new out-comes.”

Jo has over 30 years of business experience. But more important, she lives what she shares with you. Why? Because she passionately believes that before any real physical improvement can take place, one must understand why and how each particular change is going to work. And she is living proof of this. She has lectured on the topics covered here at special meetings and twice at the National Health Federation convention in Chicago.
